The band are busy preparing for this weekend’s 3rd Section North West regional contest in Blackpool in what will be MD Brian Harper’s final contest with LHMBB. Brian and his wife Carol (who plays cornet with the band) are relocating to Lincolnshire in just a few weeks. The band all would like to wish them well in their “semi” retirement and thank them both for all their commitment and hard work during their stay with us.
