Saturday 21 March the band performed their annual concert at the United Reform. Church in Leyland. This has become an annual event and again we performed to a capacity audience.
The evening commenced with our junior members on the cornet section leading with ‘True and Trusty’. This is a great innovation to encourage these young people with more experience.    River dance has become a favourite at this event and was played with great enthusiasm. We closed the concert with a ‘Last night of the proms’  slot and again this was enjoyed by everyone.    Yet another successful concert for our friends at URC .
