Sunday 2nd February sees the band taking part in the first contest of 2014. Brass at the Guild in Preston is an excellent local contest for us and all our members are looking forward to the day. We have one or two new players who have joined us since the last contest i.e. Carol Harper, and Dav Morrow and we trust they enjoy the experience. In addition it is the first contest with our new Musical Director, Brian Harper, and we wish him success on Sunday. Watch this space for an update of the results next week.
